Advanced Electropolishing Technologies handles comprehensive electropolishing operations at its 15,000 square feet, ISO Certified facility in Milpitas, California. We process a variety of chambers and components along with tubings and fittings in lenghts up to 20' on a daily basis. Our capabilities include electropolishing, passivation, chemical cleaning and oxygen cleaning in compliance with ASME and ASTM specifications.

Equipped with class 1000 clean room capabilities, 12' long x 6' deep tanks, and seven motorized monorail hoists, we can handle low as well as high volume jobs with ease. The 18' x 18' clean room facility also has a separate DI water rinse system, purified nitrogen drying unit, and vacuum packaging unit with nitrogen purge systems.
