Electropolishing Services at Advanced Electropolishing: Enhanced corrosion protection for stainless steel components

Advanced Electropolishing Technologies provides electropolishing for aluminum, stainless steel and copper components with different electrolytic solutions. Our electropolishing processes dissolve burrs faster by limiting burr sizes to 0.002" or less. This results in smooth and clean surfaces with a lustrous finish. In addition, our processes also reduce the upsurge of bacterial bio-films, facilitating sterilization of medical components.

We have 12' long x 6' deep tanks in three different widths, of 7' 5' and 3', to handle any large or small part. We perform solution mixing, filtering, and several other operations in a temperature-controlled environment on a daily basis. Acid solutions are analyzed weekly. Through stringent quality control processes and final inspection, we ensure high repeatability in all electropolished parts.
